I stayed at innside for a long weekend and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and the staff were helpful. I loved the beautiful gardens and enjoyed the relaxing pools .

The cozy INNSIDE Room impressed me with its cleanliness and comfortable bed. The location allowed easy walking access to the city center, great for exploring Braga. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere in the spa and found the swimming pool relaxing despite its small size. The staff were not only friendly but also attentive, ready to help with any requests. The half board option limited my dish choices. I encountered some delays in bar service, a hassle when trying to order drinks after swimming. The housekeeping service could improve. Dirty glasses in my room went unaddressed for three days, not what one expects at a four-star hotel.

Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with options. The dining experience was upgraded with the friendly Brazilian waiter, who was very attentive and spoke excellent English. I also enjoyed the lovely garden view from my room.

Some delays in bar service were noted, particularly after meals.
